Come and learn about the different practices of herbalism, discover how to use herbs for medicine and to heal your inner chi. Begin to understand the relationship between herbs and plants and ancient healing modalities.
In these work shops we will learn about -
  • Ayurvedic Practices – Discover your Dosha and learn how to keep your constitution in balance with, herbs, meditation, and massage.
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine – Learn about your body clock and how it works, discover the flow of chi through the body’s meridians.
  • Aromatherapy – Learn to use the power of scent and the meanings of the aromas that relax and excite us, learn how to mix your own essential oil blends, and how to use them.
  • Western Herbal Medicine – Discover the use of herbs and plants for medicine, learn how to prepare them and what herb/plant is used for what ailment or body system.
Each workshop will be based on one particular topic, there will be hands on exercises and an opportunity to mix and brew your own blends.
